Cannabis and MS: Helping Patients Understand Risks and Benefits Webinar Series

This three-part, educational webinar series provides evidence-based information about the effects of cannabis on MS symptoms, including pain and spasticity.

Amidst the growing use of cannabis to manage multiple sclerosis (MS) symptoms, health care professionals may be involved in the decision-making process about cannabis products and provide care to those with MS who use cannabis. However, numerous surveys indicate that health care professionals lack knowledge and competence in this area and thus may be unable to provide objective cannabis information, facilitate informed cannabis decision-making for their patients, or optimize safety and effectiveness in those patients who choose to use cannabis.

In this special 3-part, educational webinar series, learn from MS and cannabis expert Allen C. Bowling, MD, PhD, as he reviews key concepts to improve overall knowledge of cannabis as a therapeutic in MS.

This series, supported by an independent educational grant from Greenwich Biosciences and presented in partnership by NeurologyLive and The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers, is worth up to 3 continuing education credits.
