Registration

I would like to participate in the virtual conference. How do I sign up?

Registration for the LGS Foundation Virtual Family Conference is open now! All attendees must be registered in order to participate. The first 350 paid registrations will receive a special LGS Foundation Go-Bag.

Is there a deadline or cut off date for registration?

YES. Registration for the LGS Foundation Virtual Family Conference will close on September 22nd, at 4pm EDT.

Participation

What is the location of this event?

This is an online event and you do not need to travel. You can participate anywhere you have consistent internet access. This event is accessible from your desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

May I invite my friends to attend the event?

Absolutely! The LGS Virtual Conference will be open to everyone, and we are counting on you to invite others and help us spread the word. Once registration is open, you can simply share the link to this page and your friends can register too. 

What is the price of registration and what's included?

In honor of our 2020 "Bright Future for LGS" Vision, the price for registration for the LGS Foundation's Virtual Family Conference will be $20.20. This price includes one LGS Go-Bag per registrant (US Only), access to the Welcome Reception on Friday evening, entry into all sessions on Saturday & Sunday, all breakout sessions on Saturday & Sunday, and all additional activities!

Can I share my log-in information?

Your registration grants one user access to the content and CAN NOT be shared. If you wish to log in from multiple devices at one time, additional registrations will need to be purchased.​

I’ve registered. What now?

A final agenda will be sent to you along with portal access information the week prior to the event. Once the link is shared, we ask that you take the time to access the event prior to the live start time to check your connections and explore the conference space.

Will the agenda for the LGSF Virtual Conference be the same as it was for the in-person conference? Will the planned content be announced soon?

We strive for every LGS Foundation Conference to provide a unique, impactful experience for the LGS community, and that hasn't changed! Our Virtual Family Conference schedule will slightly differ from our in-person event. The agenda is now available for download on the LGS Foundation Virtual Family Conference webpage.

Will I be able to take away handouts, information, brochures or goodies from the event?

Yes, all virtual registrants will be able to access digital information, brochures, and documents by visiting our LGS Foundation Resource Room. Be among the first 350 paid registrants and have a complimentary LGS Foundation Go-Bag mailed to you (US Only)!
